When a network is made up of people with similar backgrounds and skills, new ideas and creative solutions are less likely to emerge. By contrast, people who belong to diverse groups and stay in touch with very different people are able to come up with more creative and original ideas.
Divergent thinking helps to frame problems in new ways and to reach multiple solutions, the best of which is often not the most obvious one. This is all the more true when you work directly with people to improve their health and wellbeing. Every patient is different from every other and has unique issues and conditions, sometimes very complex ones, that call for a multidimensional approach.
Thanks to our continuing education and long experience in the field, our diversity of outlook and, above all, our approach to the profession, which puts teamwork at its heart, we can provide answers and find solutions for every kind of problem affecting the mouth, from childhood to old age.
In our team, made up of dentists with different specialisms and ways of thinking, dental assistants, doctors in dental hygiene and our reception team, every person is essential because every aspect of our work matters. From managing the appointment diary to welcoming patients to the clinic, listening to them, working in the surgery and providing follow-up, everything contributes to the goal that matters most to us: our patients' satisfaction and their smiles.
But that is not all! As well as believing deeply in the value of teamwork, we are firmly committed to sustainability and innovation. To achieve these important goals we are investing significant resources in going digital and reducing paper use at the clinic, but we will tell you more about that in our next article.
